GO XYZ – LS8545
Three PRECIBEO GO Linear Stages LS8545 assembled into a XYZ Stage enable nanometer precision motion along the X, Y and Z axis, each with 50 mm travel range. Also available in a High Vacuum version for vacuum down to 10-4 Pa.
All products in the modular PRECIBEO GO system are compatible and are easily combined into multi-axis systems offering smooth continuous motion, fast step and settling times, and self-locking at rest.
