Vertical axis integration
Vertical mounts for high-force positioning
Every GO linear stage is highly suitable for vertical motion. Choose the arrangement around travel, space and mounting geometry—not because one stage format is inherently more capable vertically.
Use any GO-LS size as a vertical axis
GO Vertical Mounts integrate GO-LS4545, GO-LS6545 and GO-LS8545 stages above other GO stages. The 5 N stage versions lift 0.5 kg and the 10 N versions lift 1 kg.
GO Elevation offers the same force-dependent vertical capability with a flat moving top for mounting situations that benefit from it.
Carry the modular system into high vacuum
Use GO Vertical Mount HV with the matching high-vacuum GO-LS stage and plan the chamber feedthrough, cabling and controller position as part of the complete system.
Linear + rotation
Combine linear travel and rotation
The GO Rotation Stage Adapter Plate connects a GO Linear Stage above a GO Rotation Stage, bringing translation and angular adjustment into one assembly.
Build around the required axes
Use the adapter plate to build configurations such as GO RX for positioning samples, sensors or optical components. The mechanical interface keeps compatible linear and rotation stages within the same modular platform.
Standard and HV versions are available, with the HV adapter supporting operation down to 10⁻⁴ Pa.
Microscope sample handling
Hold slides and Petri dishes for precision positioning
GO Sample Holder 4545 mounts on a three-axis LS4545 assembly and holds microscope slides or Petri dishes for high-resolution microscopy.
Bring sample mounting and motion together
Combine the holder with an LS4545 XYZ system and GO Joystick to bring sample mounting, motorized microscope stage positioning and manual adjustment into one setup.
Check the sample format, stage travel, available microscope space and required working distance when planning the complete assembly.
Hands-on three-axis control
Guide motion from nanometers to millimeters
The GO Joystick provides ergonomic three-axis control, supported by a 1.5 kg base for steady operation. Connect it to your Windows computer by USB and use GO Motion with stages connected through the GO Controller.
Direct control for alignment and microscopy
- Adjust motion speed through joystick deflection; set maximum speed in GO Motion or with keyboard shortcuts.
- Save the current position with the left button.
- Lock selected axes with the right button.
Each GO Controller operates up to three stages simultaneously. The joystick provides a hands-on interface to that control system.
