Precise, Powerful and Easy to Use
The PRECIBEO GO 3-Axis Stages allow for nanometer precision motion along and around up to 3 axes. The stages are based on the precise and powerful GO Linear Stages, which makes the 3-axis stages lift up to 2,5 kg and be self-locking at rest. The PRECIBEO GO 3-Axis Stages are easily controlled through the GO Controller.
Just plug the stage cable connectors into the PRECIBEO GO Controller and you are ready to GO!

GO TipTilt
The PRECIBEO GO TipTilt stage moves loads of up to 2,5 kg with nanometer precision along the Z-axis, as well as around the X-axis and the Y-axis.

GO TipTilt HV
The PRECIBEO GO TipTilt HV stage moves loads of up to 2,5 kg with nanometer precision along the Z-axis, as well as around the X-axis and the Y-axis, in down to 10-4 Pa vacuum.

The PRECIBEO GO XYR stage moves loads of up to 10 kg with nanometer precision along the X- and Y-axis, as well as around the Z-axis.
